A Guest Manager is someone like you—a supervisor or manager who leads employees within a company that does not have an employer membership with EP Scores.
Even though your company isn’t enrolled as a member, your team still values your opinion. When an employee asks you for a performance review, it’s because they respect your leadership and want your feedback to help shape their EP Score—a personal performance rating that helps them stand out in today’s competitive job market.
As a Guest Manager, you’re not representing your company. The review you give is based solely on your experience managing the employee and is completely voluntary. You’re providing it at the employee’s request —as someone they trust—not on behalf of your employer.
To support you in this role, we provide a free Guest Manager Membership Dashboard with full access. From your dashboard you can easily:
- 📝 Submit and manage performance reviews
- 🕒 Complete each review in less than 5 minutes
- 🔄 Receive quarterly reminders (every 90 days) by email and through your dashboard
- 📊 Keep employee EP Scores up to date as their performance evolves
In addition, your dashboard gives you access to powerful hiring tools, including:
- 📢 Post free job listings
- 👤 View employees who are actively seeking employment
- ⭐ Search EP Scores Ratings before making a hiring decision
Your reviews are kept strictly private. Only the employee sees the full review. If they choose to share, employers will only see the employee’s EP Score rating, never the actual review details. EP Scores respects your trust and will never sell, share, or misuse your personal information.
You may also want to earn an EP Score yourself. As a leader, your own performance deserves to be recognized too. If you’d like your own rating, you’ll need to register a separate employee membership using a different email address, since Guest Manager and Employee accounts are kept distinct.
When an employee comes to you requesting a review, it’s more than just a favor—they’re showing that their growth matters to them. They’re taking initiative, striving to improve, and trusting your assessment to help tell their story. That speaks volumes—not only about them, but also about the positive influence you have as their manager.
