Yes, it is safe to provide the last 4 digits of your social security number on the platform. This information will be used solely for the purpose of assigning you a unique membership/employee number and will not be visible to anyone else on the platform. The platform takes appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and ensures that your data is kept confidential.
The default 3-star rating is the rating that is automatically assigned to you when you become a member of the platform and have not yet received any employer reviews. It serves as a baseline rating until you receive reviews from your current or former employers that will determine your actual performance score.
If you don’t have any reviews yet, don’t worry. From your employee dashboard, you can use the Employer Invite tool to request a performance review. Just enter your current or past employer’s details, and the system will automatically send them a secure invitation to complete your evaluation. Once their review is submitted, your EP Score will update instantly.
